1. Technical Services & Sprints
All technical deliverables are engineered in agile sprints. Timelines and deliverables (e.g. Next.js codebases, cinematic asset catalogs, trained weights) are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) sheets.
2. IP & Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full invoice settlement, ownership of custom frontends, photography catalogs, and final video clips transfers to the client. Model weights fine-tuned on client's proprietary data remain the sole intellectual property of the client.
3. Service Limitations
We provide state-of-the-art technical architectures. However, third-party model performance (e.g. OpenAI API, Anthropic) or search index ranking variations are outside our structural liability bounds.
